MC Elite Management Services is a women-owned company that brings their passion for the Private Service Industry to managing High End Estates and personalizing experiences on a multi-platform level.
Our President & CEO, Elizabeth Floyd, is certified in Estate Management, has worked closely with many prestigious Families and Estates around the world including Royalty, founding owners of large Hotel Corporations and United States Diplomats. No matter who you are or what keeps you busy, we strive to bring the 'WOW' factor to each Client we work with!

Our services are customized to meet the specific needs of each client, whether you need a house alarm answered while you are away or having the refrigerator stocked with your favorite items before you arrive. We ensure hands-on management that will provide a proactive approach so any arising issues are addressed and resolved promptly. Your personal needs and the needs of your home will always be our main priority!

We have developed a detailed Manual that can be completely custom to each Client's home from housekeeping guidelines to hurricane preparedness. This is created exclusively for and shared confidentially with the individual Client in a shared document that can be easily navigable and accessible in keeping with our transparent approach. A key component to our Luxury Lifestyle Management is creating 'Experiences'. We can plan an intimate dinner with your friends and family accompanied by a Silver Service trained Butler --or facilitate a large high end event. We will assist you from the idea, through to the execution and clean-up. With strong industry ties at our fingertips, any idea or dream event is possible.
