Elizabeth came to our home in Saudi Arabia for a month to help us reorganize the structure of our household staff. I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth during the acquisition and renovation of a waterfront vacation home. Ms. Floyd reported to me and was the project lead. Her responsibilities entailed vetting and hiring contractors, bidding out the renovations, landscape work and maintenance repairs. She also oversaw the reconstruction of the "wet structures" on property (boathouses, docks); researched and made recommendation of the acquisition of watercraft as well as handling all of the interior design details.
Once approved by the Principal, Elizabeth was the was the sole contact for these vendors and she worked with each on all areas of the project to ensure that the Principals requests were being met, the budget adhered to and most all the schedule was followed as we had an incredibly tight turnaround.
From our first day together I was incredibly impressed. Her knowledge and fierce attention to detail, work ethic and diligence were paramount; keeping our project not only on track but completed on schedule. She worked tirelessly on the project, often using her personal time to get the job done. She absolutely has a "whatever it takes" attitude, and delivered a flawless product.
